•At every visit, we do a comprehensive assessment of your car’s condition.
•Any work that needs to be done will be reported to you and prioritised using an ABC system according to need and your budget.
•Priority A are items that are dangerous, and require urgent attention
•Priority B are item that will require rectification shortly to prevent expensive repairs in the near future
•Priority C are items that may be a problem in the future, or are not dangerous. These will be monitored from visit to visit and an updated assessment given then.
We retain records on computer of all works and recommendations given, and we will remind you every 6 months, of the items that need attention.

No price surprises

•We will give you a fixed price before we do any work on your car.
•If it is a standard repair or service, we will give you a price when you drop off the car or over the phone.
•If there are repairs that we cannot assess visually, we will take apart the items and then give you a call with the price to repair before proceeding with any further work.
You are in control over how much you wish to spend and the priority of the work to be completed.
